Erasing Hell – Francis Chan

Are there questions you are afraid to ask and explore deeply?  Are you afraid of the answers you might find?  Francis Chan writes this book concerning hell from that standpoint.  He, as probably do most of us, wishes there were no hell.  Yet are his desires and wishes what is actually true?  What if they were wrong?  What if they were correct?  Wouldn’t it be better to really know this answers than to just speculate based on what sounds good and what you want the answers to be?  Chan does the hard work regarding these answers to the concept of hell for us in this book.  He looks at the truth about hell from the Bible and clearly teaches what scripture says.  Is this an easy truth to follow?  No, not at all.  But it is something we need to learn and not shy away from.  We need a strong doctrine of hell and Chan sets us on that path with this volume.  I do encourage you to read it.
